Hello, As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I enjoy getting to know and helping clients through life's obstacles. Each person can learn to grow through these challenges, becoming a stronger version of themselves. I am passionate about getting to know clients and enjoy helping them. I work alongside each client, through anxiety, depression, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and various other mental health conditions, and take into consideration each client's needs. I will help guide patients through lifestyle modifications, therapy, and medication management, which can all improve their mental health. I am a PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) and also dual certified as an FNP (Family Nurse Practitioner). I believe in treating clients holistically, incorporating lifestyle changes, regular therapy, supplements, exercise, and, when necessary, adding medications as needed. I believe that each client needs to have a connection and trust their provider. Through our visits, I hope to gain your confidence and trust and be able to help you throughout your journey. I do not currently prescribe stimulants/C2 medications.
